All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from those described in your initial enquiry. Any adjustment will be communicated and agreed before work commences.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you accept a quote in writing (by email or message) and we confirm the date and time of service in writing. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

For bookings with an agreed deposit, the booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.

5. Access and Site Conditions

You agree to:

  • Ensure the work area is clear of obstacles, vehicles, and personal belongings where possible
  • Disclose any known structural issues, fragile surfaces, or hazards relevant to the work

If access is refused, inadequate, or if conditions are found to be unsafe on arrival, we reserve the right to abort the visit. In such cases, any deposit paid for that appointment may be forfeited.

6. Payment Terms

Residential clients

Payment is due on completion of work. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or card payment.

Commercial clients

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the work commencing. Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Deposits

For bookings with a total value over £500, we may request a deposit of up to 30% to secure the agreed date. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation (see Cancellation Policy).

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

  • Ensuring pets, children, and vulnerable persons are kept at a safe distance from the work area during service
